### Lesson Outline:
**1. Introduction (5 minutes):**
- Greet the students and gather them in a circle.
- Start with a fun song or rhyme about body parts to grab their attention.
- Briefly introduce today’s topic: “Taking Care of Our Legs.”
**2. Discussion & Visual Aid (5 minutes):**
- Show the visual aid with pictures of a clean leg and a dirty leg.
- Ask the children what they see and discuss why one leg looks cleaner and healthier.
- Explain the importance of leg care in simple terms:
- "It's important to keep our legs clean so they can stay healthy and strong."
- "Let's learn how to take care of our legs!"
**3. Demonstration (10 minutes):**
- Demonstrate how to wash legs using a sponge/cloth and a bowl of water.
